Hello, I’m Brittany Love, a fitness professional who believes strength should feel empowering, graceful, and just a little bit fun. I come from a diverse fitness background that includes personal training, StrongFirst–based kettlebell and barbell training (SFG & SFL), Barre Above Master Instructor, Lagree Level 2, FMS, Schwinn cycling, Pre-Script Level 1, and holistic health coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I’m also currently expanding my education as I pursue a conditioning coach certification, always refining how I help clients move and feel their best.
I was drawn to Lagree for its sleek, high-intensity approach to strength, control, and endurance, delivered with precision and intention. My classes are athletic yet feminine, fluid yet challenging, with an emphasis on form, smooth transitions, and mindful movement. You’ll leave feeling stronger, confident, and undeniably accomplished, mentally clear, physically empowered, and glowing long after class ends.

Amanda was immersed in strength training from a young age, growing up around her father’s Tampa Bay Strongman gym and competitive career. What many would consider intense training such as flipping tires, pulling sleds, and working around atlas stones was simply part of her everyday environment. That early foundation built a deep respect for discipline, endurance, and real strength.
After traveling for work and living in multiple cities across the United States, Amanda experienced the Lagree method in independent studios that were not connected, yet all teaching the same precise system. With eight years of experience training in the method and four years of teaching, she developed a strong appreciation for Lagree’s integrity and its powerful mental focus. Her classes are athletic, intentional, and form focused, demanding presence, control, and endurance while building true, lasting strength.
Hi, I’m Nadine! I’m passionate about coaching and creating killer playlists to keep you motivated through every class. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me running or taking classes myself.
I have over 4 years of coaching experience and a little under 1 year specializing in the Lagree method, and I can’t wait to help you get stronger, one shake at a time.

Coming from a professional dance background, music and fitness have always flowed through my veins. I really enjoy mending the precision and intensity of Lagree, with form and accuracy that I’ve learned through dance.
I’m passionate about teaching intentional, high-energy classes that sculpt, lengthen, and challenge both body and mind.
My signature moves include the giant reverse wheelbarrow with a push-up and the catfish floating push-up — controlled, graceful, and deceptively powerful.

I found Lagree in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the way it challenges both the body and mind. What started as a personal practice led me to become certified in 2022, driven by a passion for health, movement, and community. My classes are sweaty, empowering, and accessible to all levels, with a focus on strong alignment and smooth transitions.
