Are Black Friday purchases refundable?

      All Black Friday purchases are non-refundable. These special pricing offers cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
    
Can I pause or freeze my membership?

      Black Friday memberships follow their standard freeze policy. Freezes are not permitted during the initial commitment period unless otherwise noted.
    
Do promo codes apply automatically?

      Promo codes must be manually entered at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
    
Can current members purchase these offers?

      Yes — all Black Friday offers are available to both new and current members unless otherwise stated.
